2. Product Feature

(1) With power failure protection device: with manual release function, not to be affected by a power failure.

(2) Three protections: short circuit proof, overload proof and rain, and waterproof.

(3) Overload-proof: when the load is 1.5 times the rated torque, the overload protection device will activate to shut down the motor. The motor can restart after 5- 6 minutes, but make sure removal of overload cause. The design is to prevent the motor from burning down under overload.

(4) Economic and Easy to stall: directly connecting to AC 220V power saves the cost of power adapter, cables and installation workforce.

 (5) Large Torque: customized motors, high efficiency, high overload capacity compact and durable, 3 years warranty.  

3. DC 24V and AC 220V Reeler Solution Cost Comparison

Calculation based on a project that requires 100 pcs 100W reelers and 80m cables:

Conclusion: AC 220V Reeler Solution cost is 20%-40% less than DC 24V Reeler Solution.
